 | and the generator was there because we held an event there that needed one. our people were just smart enough to plug it in the electrical line for your consumption. |
| and it's also not our mistake for you to read the 150, instead of 500. everything is clearly and transparently stated here in the site. and besides, we gave you a discount, maybe if you were talking to me a little more nicely and explained what happened, i would've taken the price lower. |
| it's okay, everyone's entitled to their own opinion :)
but for the record, every resort had a blackout that day, and the blackout is not our fault. there are even some resorts who doesnt have a generator at all, so they've had worse cause they didnt have water at all, the management did everything they can to maximize what we have.
this is not a Five Star Resort and we are very transparent with what we offer. It's okay to have those kind of opinion, and we respect that, and we are sorry for the black out which is totally out of our control.

 | We been from your place and stayed over 3days and 2 nights after a 250++ miles of drive from Manila. Expecting to be more relax and taking off stress from work with all the promises and the place can deliver. But unfortunately everything turns into a nightmare and bad dreams. The place is prone to power failure but the management did not account for any contingencies to give full service and i guess the power failure is not only for a matter of days because they have generator on stand by. The generator is only good for water supply and not for the comfort for the guest, like the lights and air condition. The place is not for you to relax but build up more stress and disappointment. If i will be asked for the ratings is NO STARS at all, instead is a 2 THUMBS DOWN!!! |
